DESCRIPTION OF A TYPICAL SESSION

A session is usually 45 to 60 minutes long, including a brief conversation about the history, issues and concerns regarding the animal, the animal companion may receive a Reiju, a “taste” of what Reiki is all about.

For the actual session, the animal will be offered to settle down in an area that is comfortable for it, and at any time, he / she is allowed to move around. The animal will determine how much receive Reiki. During the briefing the animal companion will be informed about the different signs of relaxation he / she can look for during the session.

Unlike in “Human Reiki”, it is not necessary to touch an animal’s body during the session, so even rather shy animals are able to enjoy.

The session should be very pleasant, relaxing and invigorating. 

Recommended Treatment Programs

To allow a greater buildup of energy to assist the healing process, it is recommended to receive a series of treatments on consecutive days, then once a week or bi-weekly for maintenance.
